Inscribed in the memorial stone honoring servicemen from the Ellerslie community who were killed in action. Those servicemen were: Pvt. Harry Airsman, Pvt. Earl L. Clites, Pvt. Russell DeVore, Pvt. John Shroyer, Sgt. Jesse Larue and Maj. Richard Lowery of the U.S. Army and Master Sgt. Emmett Cook of the U.S. Marine Corps.
